The Group is built by people who pick up. Counter, warehouse, sales, technical support. We invest in them, and we invest in the trade we supply.

Free product training and webinars, on site and online, for our customers and for anyone in the trade who will use them. Useful whether they buy from us or not. An installer who specs the job correctly is good for the continent, including when the product is not ours.

For our own people: a path from the counter into sales and into the wider Group. The person who has picked the stock is the person who should be allowed to sell it.
