How do I get a trade account?
SONAH is a trade group. Tell us who you are and what you install. We open the account.
How does payment work?
You order. We issue a proforma. You pay by EFT before dispatch. No card.
Whose products do you carry?
The brands you would stake your name on, selected for warranty and support, under one roof. The live range is in the portal.
Can you help me size a system?
Yes. Send the load profile or the roof. We size it, spec it, check compatibility, and price it.
What do prices include?
Trade price, excluding VAT. Delivery on the proforma.
How fast is delivery?
Lead time is on the proforma, before you pay. Same-day dispatch cut-off is 14:00 when the order is paid and pickable.
